• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

Contact us at inquiries@jane3crofts.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
